DBM Strength Training
My mission is to help you get into the best shape of your life. Anyone can get healthy and fit with a regular program of two half-hour sessions of high-intensity strength training per week along with a clean eating regimen. Sessions are 1 on 1 with me or semi-private. Strength Training Classes: Monday 12pm-12:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm-7pm, Saturday 10:30am-11am, $10, drop ins welcome.
